Case study: WeWork

Growing and nurturing a 200K+ member base

How do you make members feel heard and seen at the world’s biggest co-working company? I created events and programs for female entrepreneurs, a marketplace for creative member products and supported the first-ever WeWork Creator Awards show that awarded $2 million dollars in grants to entrepreneurs.

Activating Super Fans

How do you continuously engage and delight Nintendo’s most die-hard fans? I was responsible for the creative direction of Nintendo’s loyalty program in North America. I supported strategy by producing research-backed design, reporting on program analytics, and managing email and social media content.

Case Study: MakerBot

Galvanizing a global community of makers

How do you rebrand an industry originally geared towards engineers and other tech-centric consumers? You spark the imagination of your everyday maker and create tactical tools that make creation possible. My mission at Makerbot 3D Printing was to unify our email strategy and visual branding across Marketing and UI/UX Design teams. Our emails averaged a 12% increase in open rate.
